I just checked on RLIN and found
Savage, Douglas. The Court Martial of Robert E. Lee (New York:
Warner Books, 1995)
and an earlier edition: Conshohocken, Pa.: Combined Books, 1993.
The 1995 edition is listed only at the Library of Congress so far. The
1993 edition is at Yale, Library of Congress, University of Virginia,
University of Texas, and one other library whose symbol I don't recognize
(and don't have the code book in my department).
OCLC should list some of the same libraries and other public libraries
which own this title. The 1993 edition should be available on interlibrary
loan.
