Bio: I've taught various iterations of the US Civil War Era course (lecture hall, seminar, distance learning) for more than fifteen years. I am the founder of H-CivWar, one of the first raft of H-Net discussion groups, and have served as the list editor from the time the group launched. I have academic backgrounds in history (MA) and library/information studies (MLIS). I currently work as an instructional technologist at the William Paterson University of New Jersey, helping the university community integrate technology with teaching and learning. And of course I continue to teach Civil War Era courses in my copious free time. |
