Lesley A. Hall <lesleyah@primex.co.uk> Welcome Library for the History and Understanding of Medicine, and University College London I created the Histsex list early in 1999 and it has been hosted or free listservers ever since, up until its approval as a new list on H-Net. I am interested in general in the history of sexuality and gender, with particular reference to Britain in the C19th and C20th. I am currently writing the biography of Stella Browne, British feminist socialist sex radical, and editing a volume of texts by British women writing 1860-1965 on sexuality. |
