Bio: I have a Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Maryland, and have taught courses at Maryland, Georgetown University, George Washington University, Deep Springs College, and now at Western Michigan University, where I am an assistant professor of US History. My courses focus on U.S. political, diplomatic, and cultural history, particularly from 1960 on. I have presented numerous conference papers on American-Vietnamese relations, and am currently working on two different book projects related to those topics. |
