Donna Vea CSU Channel Islands The English Program at CSU Channel Islands (CI) seeks an Assistant Professor to teach core courses in various literatures. Applicants should be able to show specialty and/or teaching experience in two or more of the following areas: nonwestern literatures, British literature, interdisciplinary writing, and innovative pedagogies such as interdisciplinary team teaching. Candidates must show evidence of commitment to undergraduate teaching and curriculum development and to an active scholarly and/or creative agenda. Also desirable is an ability to work with faculty from other areas; to contribute diverse perspectives, perhaps international and multicultural ones; and to participate in the service needs of the department and university.
