Bio: PMP and Systems Engineering Certifications with 35 years in private and government project management, quality management, change management, business and operations continuation/disaster planning, operations research analysis, and simulation design/development/management. Extensive experience in international operations planning and Joint Military operations planning and simulation execution. Currently employed by the Boeing Company: Phantom Works as a Lead Technical Engineer involved in advanced technology analysis and simulations. Also am a professor for Henley-Putnam University and University of Phoenix where I instruct in terrorism, intelligence, and management courses for undergraduates, graduates, and doctoral students. I am a published author, most recently Offensive and Defensive Security: Concepts, Plans, Operations, and Management. |
