Bio: Elwood Watson,Ph.D. is a professor of History, African American Studies and Gender Studies at East Tennessee State University. He is the author of two books, Outsiders Within: Black Women in The Legal Academy After Brown v. Board (Rowman and Littlefield Publishers,2008)and Understanding The Humanities:Critical Essays (Kendall Hunt Publishers,2014). He is the author and co-author of several edited collections and a columnist and contributor to several mainstream publications, including Diverse Education and The Good Men Project. |
